• Meet sales targets set (personal and team) agreed with line manager

• Ensure sales campaigns are carried out effectively and produce sales success

• Handle enquiries and processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

• Focus on dead weeks to ensure at least 95% occupancy throughout the year while achieving the correct rates per weeks

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Maintain and develop working relationships with Partners, Schools and Agencies

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

• Ensure the availability of stock for sales 

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

• Ensure all bookings are successfully carried out from beginning to end: communication with clients and chasing payment of invoices to confirm/finalise all bookings (keeping to London Nest terms and conditions)

• Ensure accuracy of information inputted into our CRM system when recording bookings, saving customer data and collecting customer feedback 

• Collaborate with team to achieve better results

• Always seek to serve the best interests of London Nest at all times
